Merge Continuous Integration

Merge of the .gitlab-ci.yml for a 3 jobs integrity test of a 10 days simulation.Altghough it is not activated yet, the generation of a static website with Pages is also written in the script and the associated files Gemfile, index.html and public directory are created. This feature can not work until a specific Pages domain is setup by the DSI.
